Dia Compe did offer a centerpull with BB pivots.I dug in
the archives in my workshop and took apart my ancient
dural forges and found brass bushings of about 1MM. wall
thickness.The very flat pivot bolt heads are 14mm across
the flats.

pivot bolts.
