To the best of my knowledge the Campy triple axle is only made for thin cups on the theory that a triple axle gets hiked out too far from the bearing on the thick cups. While one could find Swiss Stronglight or TA cups this situation is begging for the Phil Wood solution.

I would also say that many Swiss frames have vigorous (to say the least) denting of the right chainstay. That tends to allow you to get away with a double axle on a triple. Sometimes a single freewheel spacer under the fixed cup may give enough clearance.

Profiling the right chainstay is an interesting difference among better grade frames. Most customs have a minimal ovalization. Some frames have reasonable indentations and some literally mash the sides of the tube until they meet in the middle. I can picture a hydraulic tool in the factory for this mashing process.
