According to my 1974 Peugeot Sport Bikes catalog, the following bikes came in the following frame sizes (not indication if measurements are C-C or C-T, and the catalog does have the following fine print "*Specifications are subject to change without notice.")
UE-8: 21, 23, and 24 inches UE-18 (Mixte): 20 inches AO-8: 21, 23, and 24 inches AE-8: 21, 23, 24, and 25 inches UO-8: 21, 23, 24, and 25 inches UO-18 (Mixte): 20 inches
