I once saw a brand new Schwinn Paramount with a frame this size, built for one of the basketball players of the Oakland Athletics. I'm surprised that R-531 tubes could be had in sufficient lengths to build such a frame, or if it would be reasonably free from flex or scuttle shake/frame whip when built with 531.
