The trouble with this bike, at least for most small people I know, is that the top tube is 51cm while the seat tube is 38cm. It's a bike for someone with very short legs, that's for sure, but I still quite get why people build bikes like this. E.g., my wife's Terry with a 43 seat tube has a 48 top tube and even that's arguably a little long, although it is short enough to be workable for my wife with a short stem.
