All the Clark-Kents that I saw had SR Prism aluminium forks.
Clark-Kent supplied steel frames to the Coors Light team for year or two. One of their team mechanics worked on the 1990 Ore-Ida Womens tour & told me that they had had plenty of C-K frames break. C-K built a bike for Alexi Grewal with steep seat tube, which apparently alleviated some career threatening physical problems Grewal was having at the time. Ex-Coors Light team bikes are not uncommon in NZ. Coors used to finish their season at a tour here, and would sell off bikes, jerseys etc out of the van after the last stage. DB
