I ride with Diadora Lombardia's which are a good compromise in that they lace up and have one velcro closure and are almost all black. They also have a nice bolt on cleat. Of course out of production, but they turn up. Old fashioned shoes in 12/13 are few and far between............

No Looks, Time, (or shudder) SPD's here, so nothing to switch.
