I suspect it goes right back to 1976. Ishiwata custom tandem tubeset. Marathon frame. Suntour VGT Luxe R Der., Phil Hubs, Mafac Cantis, Cinelli old logo bars, Bullseye BBs, TA cranks. Sure sounds like mid 70's to me.
