[CR]Fleur de Lys bicycle - anybody know about these?

I'm about to drive an hour to SF to look at a bike for sale. Set up as single speed now; seller says it is English, Fleur de Lys (or would that be Lis?) brand. I've agreed to buy it if it fits (the price is right) but wondering if the classic cognoscenti know anything about these.
