I did bend those wires and it looked a little funny, but worked. Yours sounds like a much classier solution. It also might depend on the generation of Weinmann brake and whether or not it's Weinmann or Dia Comp--don't remember which one I crowbarred the TA holder onto--and I know very little of variations in those brakes but know that there is some. The pre-1970 ones are probably flatter than later brakes and the earliest models with half-round profile arms are flatter still. Hmmm, wonder how one would fit on the pair of Czech Favorit calipers I've got? David Feldman
