Scot, CR folks--

I think Scot's right about this auction. It's not shilling, and I apologize for voicing my opinion to that effect on the list.

I checked through completed auctions and found this one: http://ebay.com/<blah>

The buyer of a Mafac Tool Kit *seems* to be the one behind all the strange *mafactoolkit* bids. I don't know what the problem was/is, but it sure seems to be a disgruntled bidder/buyer ( france60 ) rather than shilling seller problem.

I know pointing out good and bad dealings can be helpful on the list; so many of us buy parts via eBay or other online sources. But I want to apologize for jumping to conclusions: even though I thought I'd thought about this "eBay weirdness" enough, it wasn't until Scot commented on the situation that I dug deep enough to see that I was wrong in my assessment.

Again, my apologies to senditnow, whether or not he or she is a list member.
