I've been given a frame that has been brush painted black and is proving a bit of a puzzle. It has Nervex Pro lugs and seat stay top eyes that have a raised line from where the tube starts to flatten out to where it meets the lug. I've seen this before but I can't remember where.
It has a rear cable stop and a little wheel for two cables side-by-side on the drive side of the bottom bracket as if it is designed for that Simplex-type double shifter. There is no shifter boss, though. The top tube cable stops are on the drive side of the tube.
The pump pegs might give a clue. The front one is the usual style but the rear has a wee eye at the end, not fully closed off, and presumably designed to encircle the pump adaptor.
This frame came with Stronglight headset and bottom bracket.
