Hi Terence,
You as a racer (probably on a budget) are off the hook on that one. You built
a dual purpose race bike which is completely legit! I've seen a lot of
"conversions" that were never raced, ridden around for awhile and set aside.
People do what they want to do. Regarding my Bianchi, the dents looked
factory and still had the blue paint in them but perhaps I didn't look
carefully enough. Frame was around 24" ctt. Was that Paul's size? How'd you
do in the crits?
