hey...i just back from a ride with my mom (she rode my gitane and i my raleigh) i sprayed both bikes with the Tri-Flow and it works really good...the chain is unstuck and the pedals run more smoothly. i cant wait to go biking tomarrow on the raleigh (tomarr is the last day of school before exams :):):)) so i'll bike a bit then study :( but the rest of the week i get home at 12...lots of biking then...aighty thats it...oh yeah i gotta take off the rack on my raleigh...when i shifted down the chain kept getting caught in the rack bolt so my hands are greasy kinda from trying to fix that...hehe i figured out how to adjust my rear derr and it works perfectly now :):)
