Jerry, the Campagnolo catalogs refer to what you're describing above as a "Super Record - Steel" or "Super Record - Reduced" group. This would be a Super Record group with the substitution of Nuovo Record BB and SL pedals. So a proper term for this already exists.

And an "all Super Record" bike would be exactly that! In other words, it would have an SR bottom bracket and SR pedals.
