Okay, here's a puzzle for you all.
What's up with the "GB Paris" handlebar plugs. It has always puzzled me. They go back to at least the late 1940s maybe even before WWII, I don't know. Two sizes and many colors. Early ones were oversized and extended (flange like) past the handlebar O.D. Newer ones were the same size as handlebar O.D. They are shown in the Ron Kitching Handbooks.
Is there any connection between "GB" Gerry Burgess and "GB" France?
