reeks of lazy wheelbuilding to me - looks like someone went and laced up the wheel and realized that it was going to be more difficult than they liked to lace up the inbound non-drive side spokes, so they just made them outbound as well - which wouldve been fine had they been lacing radial... but with 3x, theres now an extra stress point on each spoke elbow of that 2nd outbound set, which doesnt sound too nice to me. seems the spokes will also be a mm or two shorter at the rim thanks to this seeming shortcut...

im pretty sure its not so hot for the spokes, and whats not good for the spokes probably isnt so hot for the hub either...
