A 1980 Sutherlands has 3 pages of tableswith a bit more detail. The only additional 3/16" are Ofmega Competizione, Shimano Dura-Ace and American Schwinn headsets (must be in the holders stamped Schwinn to be concours correct).

Old Brampton with the removable races are 1/8". The Bianchi with U races (Sutherland's term) are also 1/8" but I think there are later standard Bianchi labelled headsets with larger balls.
