Schwinn made production fillet brazed frames aplenty for at least 40 years and probably a lot more. Superior and Sports Tourer in the 1970s. Going back to Superiors in the 1930s. The Paramount was only added as a model above the Superior in 1937 or so and was made by the Wastyns while Schwinn built the Superiors. I believe Schwinn built Superior type frames back to the 1890s although the early bikes may have been internally lugged, then fillet brazed.

I guess with the TA cranks a Sports Tourer is a poor mans Rene Herse.
