There's a very nice section on Silk Hope frames under USA frame builders on the CR site. I hadn't known too much about 'em prior to reading it a few months ago and found Dale's report very informative. Seems worth the $199 + to me if it is straight/no dings. With a proper repaint/decals and good component selection, it would make a very classy bike. Luckily, it is too small for me, otherwise I'd be bidding on it. ;-) Cheers, Bill Bryant Santa Cruz, CA
