Thanks for the responses about dating the Paramount track bike. David Goerndt gave me the key URL site for dating them. It's http://www.waterfordbikes.com/fsn.htm

which I guess many you of know. I had checked Waterford's Paramount history page and it didn't have the information.

As an aside, between asking the question and hearing from David, I wrote to Waterford, asking the same question. Very shortly after sending it, I got a response from Richard Schwinn. That, I thought, was nice.
