I've done it a bunch of times and I described how it was done on the list less than a month ago, so I won't go into detail here. Basically you drive out the pins and drive in new ones and swage where needed. I'm not a big fan of the deraileurs, but Campagnolo did support them with ALL the spare parts very well. I'm sure someone on the list has one of the really impressive offical rebuild parts cabnets, would they like to post a picture of it maybe?
