To me, having just bought my first Cinelli (charity auction), one interesting mark was the 26.2 seatpost, the result of a sleeve about 3 cm long that is brazed into the top of the seat tube. This means that the bottom of the seat post doesn't grip the seat tube, so it is a bunch easier to avoid seizing with corrosion. I don't remember this on any Windsor I've seen, but I haven't looked at a Windsor in decades. Senility, or is this a useful distinction?
