Chuck this picture was taken in "Yorba Linda" near imperial and orangethorpe, you would n't recognize that place now,it was all orangegroves in those days. we had a group of about six guys all Scotsmen,and we rode out there every Saturday morning from whitter for a hamburger at the knollwood hamburger stand.that was in the days before Americans discovered bicycles,and people thought you were nuts if you rode a bike.by the way 4 of us had been on the same racing team in Scotland.you know Joe of course,he has the old flying Scot, he was the Scottish r.r. champion,and also rode the old tour of Britain and the tour of Ireland,and he can still kick ass at 76 yrs old.by the way. see ya Charlie McTaggart.....
