I can't begin to answer Mark's question about period correct parts. The 90 mm OLD, however was very much an English standard. Raleigh spec'ced these on the Sports model through the bike-boom 70's. Mark should be able to find a functional equivalent to fit the frame in either 32h or 36h very inexpensively. It could be a temp while Mark looks for the real deal.
