* The story on the rear caliper is this. Bridge was originally drilled vertically for some MAFAC or CLB that I could never find. So I drilled a horizontal hole. I caused two problems. One problem was that the hole wasn't really level with whatever it was supposed to be level with. The only caliper in my box that would fit was the 500. The second problem was that the bridge had virtually no metal left in the critical area. I sandwiched the new hole with a couple of those aluminum brake spacers that are concave on one side. Then I gooped it all up in a half-inch of liquid steel. Not engineered. Not elegant But there it is.
