I haven't looked at the specific item on ebay, but I remember going into a shop looking for Campagnolo parts for a early International frame I was restoring. The owner pulled out a sheet of parts available that could be ordered, we were both surprised to note a front NR could be ordered with a cable stop. As I recall, I ordered a mostly a full complement of NR parts, less seatpost and crank which I had but the headset came as a NGS, not a NR, otherwise everything was available. This was certainly late 80s or early 90s, I'm too senile to remember exactly, but my friend still has the bike.

I bet towards the end they were assembling components with anything available, like the NR front plate Rally discussed awhile ago.
