I have a friend who would like to sell me a Gitane "service course" (?)which (according to him) includes: 531 frame Campagnolo nuevo record front & rear derailleur Campy 3-arm steel crankset w/ alloy rings Campy hs & bb Campy hubs on 700c weinmann rims Weinmann brakes Belleri stem & bars

I like it, but would like to be a little more educated before offering him a price.
