[CR]Was My Masi Italian?

Hi All,

I sold my newer Masi on ebay last week -- the one I noised abroad on this list several months ago, s/n 4136.

The buyer (who received the bike today and owns several other Masi's) isn't complaining, but he now tells me he thinks it was made in Italy!!!??? I don't think so! Could I have been that far off about its origins these several years I owned and rode it side-by-side with many esteemed Southern California CR folk?
