Here's a couple more adjustable stem pics:

There is a TTT version of that Ambrosio stem that's essentially identical, just renamed, but TTT also made an adjustable stem of a different kind, essentially an aluminum Major Taylor: http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Parts/TTT_adjustable.jpg

Maybe most racers would use it with the handlebar clamp flipped underneath the extension, but this ex-racer appreciates the ability to get the bars up higher. Most Major Taylor style stems have this ability.
