I had the same problem with my Huret Jubilee rear derailleur. The bolt is too big for the hole in the pulley's bearing. Haven't located a substitute yet. And don't give me any bull about alloy pulleys on my Jubilee, it's the bike I use for Time Trials, and I'm a lightweight freak, always have been. It does sound like another product that maybe someone should produce. Besides, Bullseye pulleys came out in the mid- to late '70's, and all others are just copy cats.
