    You may already own such a tool! In a couple of emergency situations I've straightened derailleur hangers with a large adjustable wrench or a Monkey Wrench. Later, I brought both frames to a shop to have them properly aligned and discovered that no extra alignment work was necessary.
     So you might be able to fix it merely with a large wrench and some simple measuring tools.
