Nick--- Neither the top tube cable guide or water bottle braze on's were "standard on the '73 Paramount. The decals are from a '75 or later model, the crankset is Super Record, and the Reynolds sticker was normally applied at the top of the seat tube, not the bottom. It is obviously a later redo. I have one from the same era that had the bottom bracket replaced and resprayed (by Waterford?) and had the '80's type decals from PDG (Paramount Design Group) applied--- a beautiful bike, but not quite "correct".
