Subject: [CR]Help with a Colnago ID

Hi,

I'm wondering if the Colnago cognoscenti can take a peek at these images:

http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291724043

And discern what year/model of Colnago this frame and fork might be? I'm guessing ~'77-'79, but the model is what I know not.

Details are; serial # M89 on the steerer tube and the right rear drop out, chrome drop outs and right chainstay, two top tube cable guides, braze on shifter bosses, long point lugs with a club cut-out, single set of WB bosses, top of the BB cable guides, club cut out in the BB shell, Colnago panto'd set stay caps, RD cable stop on the chainstay, rear is spaced at ~122 mm

I think the right drop out has the holes in it for the two hole Campagnolo Porta Catena, and are those prugnat lugs on the head tube?

1870 grams for the frame, 740 grams for the fork (56 cm c-t).

Any help appreciated. It's a frame that a friend of mine has and I've been wondering whether or not to purchase it from him. It unfortunately has been repainted by Marinoni years ago, so it now sports Victory decals. :-( I'm consider whether it would be worth getting it redone. And if anyone has images of what decal scheme this would have had I'd love to see them.

Cheers,
