I have one too. Just a strange, short lived variation in my opinion.
The rivet instead of the screw is a really bad idea since you can't take the derailleur of the bike without breaking the chain apart. The one change Campagnolo made that was nice was to put a slot in the cable housing stop on the armature so you wouldn't have to remove the cable end to remove the derailleur.
I have also seen brazed on rear derailleur cable housing stops on early 50s Bianchis that are slotted too.
