I did for the sole purpose of seeing where the reserve was and with virtually complete certainty that I would be outbid at the amount I put in. I'm also reasonably certain that some very capable Japanese framebuilder will end up repairing it for someone that will ultimately spend 4 to 5 times (or more) the eBay purchase amount on Herse parts for the build.
