Since everyone is coming out of the closet now that the contest has ended and there is no danger of receiving mismatched Modolo hoods, it is my turn. I had the moxie (if not mojo) to bring my hammered s**t Viking to the 2002 Cirque, ride it during the pre-exhibition ride, and subsequently put it out on the floor on display as an official entry. I think it was generally accorded to be the "shabbiest of the show". Dale even jokingly named it as the best original heavily patinated finish before naming the actual and well-deserved winner of the category.
Charlie It rides great and, if Dale starts a most improved finish category, it may see the 2003 Cirque. Assuming that Hilary can tell me what model it is and I can get the appropriate transfers. Hilary, I know you remember it...
