Great story about Lovells' bike. I remember seeing Lovell at some of the track events at the Encino Velodrome back in the 70's if I recall correctly. Never saw that bike; but being a track puesuiter (of sorts) myself that sounds like pure genius! You guys keep comming up with stories like this and I'll never be finished "experimenting" with bikes. You're going to turn me into a regular Dr. Frakenstein! I suppose it could be worse; at least he's famous.
