I figure that you got yourself a very interesting bike. It is the type of bike that is however very difficult to sell, showing more quirkiness than value. The KL tubing was very light-weight tubing that was hardly ever used. This in itself, makes the bike quite special. The seatstays and fork crown are also both very unique and are worthy of interest.
The rear mounted front brake is pure folly in my eyes as the front wheel cannot be turned for sharp corners. This makes the bike solely viable for straight time trials or courses where you only turn left. Given that the former owner lived in Indiana, this wouldn't have been too terribly bad if he went for a ride in Indianapolis. I would be intrigued to know how the front brake is attached. Is the brake centre bolt brazed on or does it simply go through the rear part of the fork crown only?
