Brian wondered: "how many trikes are actually in the states. I suspect under 20; probably closer to 10. Some day we will have to have a Ben Hur style trike race."

I think that could be low. My old boss Tom Franges had a Bob Jackson (bought from NY show) in Montclair, NJ. An older lady rides her Ken Rogers through the streets of Ann Arbor, MI. That's two in my experience. Plus you get conversion kits but I think Brian is sticking to real British racing type trikes. I'm told George Longstaff won't sell any in the US.

I did a trike race on cheap Worksman type junkers sponsored by the local college in front of hundreds. It was hilarious and very Ben Hur. I managed to hook a wheel on a post! 15 MPH to 0 instantly. That rang my bell plenty but my partner (tag team) was a whiz and I think we won $50.
