Like to see jpegs of that one! I'm the current caretaker of a '39 Bianchi that belonged to a Brooklyn Postman. Lower rear of rear fender painted white for WWII. He had a Sturmey put on the bike when new to replace the Vittoria Margherita that the bike came with. Steel rims and clinchers and lights with generator but drop bars and stem (steel). Dark green paint was extra cost option according to the Bianchi book.
