Doing some reorganization as I've acquired a few new bikes and frames and have to make room and capital for two others. I believe these prices are reasonable but will consider offers. Shipping is extra, but will be actual shipping and insurance cost.
1. 1967 Paramount P-14 Track bike. This one has "Team Schwinn" decal set and is all Reynolds 531. Bike was owned and raced by US National Champion and Olympian Sheila Young. All Campagnolo with Cinelli chrome stem (beautifully rechromed) and Cinelli alloy track bars. Crank set is 151 bcd. Wheelset is Campagnolo high flange (hubs were slotted for flat aero spokes with which wheels are now built rims are tubular -- no tires). Steel campy pista headset and correct Campagnolo bottom bracket. Frame and parts are in good or better condition. No pedals. Paint and decals are faded. I will include a set of decals in the price but it would be a shame to repaint this given its provenance. Size is @ 50 cm c-c, perfect for someone my size or smaller:). If you own every kind of track bike except this and happen to be a short frame builder perhaps we could work out a deal? Price $900.00 plus actual shipping. Please don't buy this to part out. Photo's available.
2. Masi Grand Criterium. circa 1976, 50 cm center to center. Serial number is #0315. Repainted three years ago by Brian Bayliss and its absolutely beautiful. Wheelset is Campy high flange NR hubs laced to NOS Martano tubular rims, tires are new and perfect but not period correct. Wheelset has never been ridden. Components are Nuovo Record in excellent condition. Brake levers are excellent and old logo gum hoods are perfect. Derailers are excellent. Regina oro chain and freewheel. Stem and bars are 3T Record. Bars have a small scratch over logo on right side. NR seat post is excellent to perfect. Seat is the original Cinelli Unicantor which is in very good condition but was re-dyed black for fading and logo is faint. Original downtube shift levers were drilled out years ago and I left them rather than replace as they quaintly typify the racers treatments to their bikes in the 1970s. I attempted a period correct restoration in the spirit of Richard Sachs twin Masi's. I came close but not quite as derailers are post '76 and tires are wrong. Still this is a stunning bike. Finished in a metallic silver which is a correct Masi color for this year Masi. Chrome is excellent. JPEGs available. Price: $1350.00 which is way less than what I've got in it. I've got two other Masi's and really ride a 53 cm.
