Yes, certainly Triomphe. All the parts are correct, except that one brakeshoe holder is Athena, with an allen bolt that threads into the holder rather than a 10mm nut that threads on. Triomphe brakesets are good "strippers" for block logo NR/SR spare parts. You can use the dome nuts and adjusting nuts, the blocks, the cable clamp and bolt, the black O-ring and the adjuster shaft as reasonable replacements parts. However, some of these parts are subtly different, so fussy collectors should beware. The steel shoe holders look like the coveted pre-CPSC type, but the threaded shaft is not integral and the nuts are quite thinner. For your script logo brakes the centerbolts and hoods are usable, or at least passable, as are the blocks, the black O-ring and the adjuster shaft. However I recall the hoods being different from those on SR brakes in that they were more plasticy and I think the markings on the blocks differ. Several of the lever parts are the same as late NR/SR and a few are the same as early. But again, there are sometimes little differences in finish that you may want to look out for.

Rerding the "odd" Campy calipers on eBay

http://ebay.com/<blah>

my Campy catalog 18B (dated 4/85) shows that these calipers are Triomphe. The half-round cross section of the caliper arms is like old NR and GS. The black pads and black o-ring on the cable adjustment are both NOS. The Triomphe brake levers (which are not shown on the eBay listing) look identical to Campy NR except for the logo, which in this case is the shield with winged QR. NOS lever hoods were tan.

The next-step-up Victory calipers have a triangular cross section, similar to late Campy Super Record. These pads are beige-gray and the o-rings are off-white. The brake levers (also not shown on the eBay listing) look identical to Campy SR (drilled) except for the logo, which is also the shield with winged QR. NOS lever hoods were white.

Both calipers came in the options of short or long reach; both allen or hex bolt mountings were available.

Both of these calipers are contemporaries of the C-record delta centerpulls.
