What kind of wheels does that GC have? You might be able to pare a pound or two that way.... An all-SL frameset of that size should be pretty light - have you ever weighed the bike or frameset more precisely?

My (all-SP, I think) 60cm Medici Pro Strada (one stiff mutha) weighs in at under 22 pounds with full SR and high-quality tubs....
