I just got back from Matt Assenmacher's shop in Schwartz Creek Michigan and once again have a terrific bike to out to the list. It is a dark silver Paramount P-14 track bike, marked "Team Schwinn" on the top tube. Terrific original condition and a real stunner to look at. It has Nervex lugs, Chrome fork ends and perhaps stays, high flange Campy track hubs, 165mm Pista cranks, neat Cinelli track handlebar, Unicantor saddle. Of course, all 531 fork, stays, and frame tubes. Some kind of very attractive rims that say "Schwinn Approved 330 Made In France" on the label. The date code reads 1696. This would be about '76? I'm not a track nut and even less a paramount fan, but it hurt to walk away from this bike! It's on consignment for $1000. No idea of how negotiable that might be. The shop can be reached @ 800-774-5811. I took a few Jpegs of it if anyone wants to see them.
