I would say 27.0 and I have seen a few myself including all four I have owned. All had Reynolds 531 tubes. Too me heavier guage tubing was part of the Frejus philosophy including the ultimate no bullshit catalog weight of 24 pounds. That probably included a Brooks or Italia saddle and fenders but it took courage to print that weight.

It should be remembered that the Frejus was also offered with Columbus tubing so a 26.8 might be the case for Columbus but I think very few were imported to the US with Columbus tubing. Anyone seen an early one, say pre- 1968 with Columbus?

Joe Bender-Zanoni Great Notch, NJ The '67 Frejus is one of my favorite rides.
