O-rings, whether for automobiles, plumbing, or high vacuum, are made in standard sizes. I'd be very surprised if Campagnolo didn't just order a standard O-ring from the usual sources, probably a few cents each in quantity. So, I suspect you can find a virtually exact equivalent in a plumbing supply store, especially if you can bring in an old one.

I need some of these too, so I'll do the experiment and report the results to the list.
