First off, beautiful frame! Glad it wasn't my size...

Most of the sidepull brakes that I've seen from that timeframe are opposite of the Campy sidepulls, so your braze-ons are "normal." I don't know all the brands available at the time (Hillary?), but GB would be a good choice.
