Geoffrey Butler is a retail shop in the U.K., and still have some frames built under their label. The current frames are probably jobbed out. No information on the originals, however.

http://www.gbcycles.co.uk/ is the URL to the shop.

http://www.gbcycles.co.uk/eshop.asp?wci=refine&SubDept=2&Main=0&Brand=0&Price=99999 will get you to the frames.

I highly recommend the shop for ordering Euro team jerseys, which I've done often. Never ordered anything else from them, however, but I'm sure they'd provide the same great quality service.
