Not long go I was speaking with a physician schooled in 'Asian' medicine. Learning that I was interested in training on a bike, and putting in a lot of miles per week, he said that I could anticipate shortening my life by frequent 'hard' exercise. When I asked him what he meant by 'hard', he said that I should know that without asking....? It frightened me a bit, especially since this person has a thriveing practice with many people relying on his knowledge. I'm thinking that I should try and get my hands on that Cinelli pista as soon as possible now.
